At LuxeLoop, We want you to love your purchase, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unwashed). 
• All tags and labels must be intact.
• We do not accept returns on:
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items with visible stains, wear, or odor.

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective), we will cover return shipping.

• • Your order number
  • Reason for reture
  • A photo of the item (optional but helpful)

2. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions

• LuxeLoop sells carefully selected pre-loved fashion. All items are cleaned and inspected before shipping. Slight signs of wear may be present due to the nature of second-hand clothing.
